Operated by K12 Assist LLC. Free ParentLead is an independent service that helps prospective parents request introductions to current parents at specific private schools. Directory listing does not mean a school participates or endorses the service.
Information we collect
When you initiate a request, we collect your email address, name, children's ages, mobile phone number, selected school, consent selections and timestamps, and related request records. If messaging occurs, we may retain message details, delivery information, and conversation transcripts.
How we use it
We use this information to verify your contact details, process and coordinate your single introduction request, ask the selected school about a possible volunteer, facilitate authorized communications, maintain safety and service records, and respond to support or legal obligations. An introduction is not guaranteed.
Sharing
We may share information about your request with the selected school, an authorized current-parent volunteer, and service providers who help operate the program (including messaging, hosting, email, and data-storage providers). The school may receive or review a resulting conversation transcript. We do not sell personal information or use it to send unrelated marketing messages. Your mobile opt-in information and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Messages and opt-out
SMS messages relate to the request you consented to. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Contact help@parentlead.com for privacy or deletion requests, subject to applicable record-retention requirements.
Retention and security
We restrict access to request records and use technical safeguards to protect them. Records are retained for operational, security, consent, and legal purposes and deleted or de-identified when no longer needed, subject to applicable requirements.
Website usage
The site and its hosting or analytics providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser type, and access logs for operation and security. Review the full service terms before submitting information.
