Free ParentLead Terms of Service

Free ParentLead is operated by K12 Assist LLC as an independent introduction-request service. Schools in the directory may not participate in, approve, or endorse the service.

Requests are voluntary

We may contact a selected school to ask whether a current parent is willing to answer questions. We do not promise that a school will respond, a volunteer will be available, or an introduction will occur. Information provided by current parents reflects their personal experience, not official school guidance.

Your information

Provide accurate contact details and submit requests only for your own legitimate school research. Information may be shared with the selected school and participating current parents to coordinate the requested introduction; the school may receive or review any resulting transcript.

Messaging

Only submit a mobile number you are authorized to use. SMS consent is optional unless you wish to complete a text-based introduction request. Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and you may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Opting out can prevent us from completing the request.

Availability

We may pause or discontinue requests or messaging to maintain safety and comply with applicable rules. The service is currently being tested and not all features are available.
